Lovely hotel.
Staff attentive.
Housekeeping was very try good.
Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :)
Room had a balcony which was an added bonus

Carcassonne is a castle-city town, the hotel is about 13 min waling distance from the train station.
Room is clean, and comes with a bathtub.

非常棒的入住體驗，前台小哥哥和小姐姐很nice，酒店位置離Carcassone火車站步行9分鐘左右，也不遠，住在酒店能看到古堡，步行去古堡也很近。價格也適中。是一個不錯的選擇，衹是附近吃的東西不多，需要步行幾分鐘才有餐廳，不過酒店餐飲不錯。

Staffs are indifference to your needs; the female receptionist don’t even know the local transportation ! the hotel itself is great but the staff seems to not care about you!! the room got good views with good facilities pity they are not employing more friendly staffs.
