Room was pretty small. We particularly booked Mercure for comfort however this didn't happen. The room was warm and the air condition did not work which gave us a terrible night sleep.

For those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think.

We enjoyed our weekend in the hotel. Well situated just outside the old town with views of the towers from our room. We loved the pool area. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, but it was plentiful, fresh and set us up for the sightseeing to follow. We were disappointed the shower gel bottle was finished which suggested it had not been checked before we arrived, but this was quickly resolved. Staff were pleasant and patient as I tried out my rusty french!

Hotel très bien placé, idéal pour visiter la citécar on peut y aller a pied. Service d'accueil très gentil, chambre PMR tres spacieuse, un vrai canapé lit pour lit d'appoint. Parking sécurisé et assez grand. adresse à garder pour un prochain voyage.

Lydie 1/5 il y a un jour sur Google Pour un hôtel à 150e la nuit minimum c'est limite du vol ! Pas de frigo ! Pas de rideaux juste des stores ou la lumière passe le matin !! salle de bain même pas de produit individuel! il faut sonner pour rentrer et sortir de l'hôtel ! Le petit-déjeuner que j'avais demandé la veille en chambre ne m'as pas été servit car la personne a homis de me dire qu'il fallait en plus mettre une cravate sur la poignée ! j'ai demandé le "late check out " les femmes de chambre sont venus 2 fois alors que nous avions un départ à 13h !! sur la tv il n'y as pas canal sat comme indiqué sur le descriptif !! De plus que toute mes photos il y as des peignoires que nous n'avons pas eu !! Le seul avantage c'est que l'hôtel est vraiment au pied de la cité et que avant mon arrivée mes demandes de chambres avec un accès extérieur a été respectés et m'ont rembourser le petit-déjeuner. Je me demande d'où vienne les 4 étoiles ! Un ibis budget et moitié moins cher et franchement équivalent sauf pour la proximité
