Buena experiencia en general, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Se aprecia el desayuno y el cuidado a los detalles. El único momento incómodo fue que en la reserva se especifica cuando rentas una cama y un sofá cama (para dos personas que no son pareja) pero no habían sábanas para el sofá cama. Avisé a la dueña y llegó tarde en la noche con un par de sábanas. Su insistencia en dejarnos claro que la estábamos molestando fue bastante incómodo.

nous avons loués cet endroit un peu par hasard mon épouse me faisant une surprise pour mes 60 ans un peu réticent de ne pas avoir mon véhicule (sommes venus par avion ) nous nous sommes retrouvés après 54 marches dans un appartement certes peu spacieux mais très fonctionnel salon salle de bain (douche wc sépare et cuisine avec tout le confort voulus (four normal, un à micro onde evier frigo )enfin confort au top petit déjeuné prévus pour nos trois jours (copieux et bien prépare choco confiture pain de mie pain brioche jus de fruit et yahourt lait et céréales ) nous avons découvert un endroit ou il serait agréable de revenir literie confortable ,essuie de bain fourni superbe implantation nous avons rencontré la propriétaire le dimanche en lui disant que la télé ne fonctionnait pas et le soir celle ci etait remise en service présence d'air conditionne aussi bien dans la salle de douche (pas de baignoire) que dans le salon chambre à coucher pour nous c'etait une location au top proche du centre ville et de la cité médiévale de Carcassonne vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermes c'est super

Apartment located in town, in a small, not very pretty street, not very busy, close to free parking. We did not see the owner. The keys are stored in a key box which opens with a code. There are 3 apartments on 3 levels in the small building. The one we rented was on the 1st floor: a rectangular living room with lounge & well-equipped kitchen, a shower room, a small office in the hallway & a good-sized bedroom but without a window. Good bedding. We could hear people walking above us (luckily there were no children running). Our stay was calm. The formula looks like a mix between apartment rental and guest room with bed linen and towels provided, breakfast included which we found on site, upon our arrival. We do not eat biscuits (but perfect for a coffee break) or other industrial products for breakfast (the photos on Booking are not entirely realistic). No worries, there was a good bakery on the parallel street where we found good bread. The apartment was functional with plenty of storage, well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. Very practical, a washing machine is available with doses of detergent on the ground floor, in the old garage. Less practical: the remote air conditioning/heating control and the small heater in the shower room which blew cold. Access on foot to the medieval city is easy. You have to go up the street to the Pont Vieux and cross it. Rue de Verdun, parallel to Rue Ramond, is very commercial and the large Place Carnot is very pretty. There is no problem finding a nice restaurant. For an ultra-tourist city, good value for money.

We were surprised by the apartment because of how well cared for it is, very clean, its decoration and the good taste of the owner. It is located very close to everything. Once located, you no longer take the car at all. We are missing a mop (there is a vacuum cleaner), and some cleaning cloth or cloth. There were also some hand towels missing, there were only bath towels.
