Great hotel! The clerk's services were excellent and friendly. It is close to Carcassonne Castle and easy to get there. At night time you can see beautiful light-up scenery from your room.

Hotel dans l 'ensemble correct mais des choses sont a améliorer pour un 4 étoiles. Un petit aménagement supplémentaire pour le rangement des effets personnel du client à l interieur de la chambre, serait le bienvenu. Les petits déjeuners sont vraiment varies et copieux et le personnel est à l'écoute du client.

Awesome location and underground parking were good. However, room was like a dungeon. Small and dark. We stayed for 2 nights and were pleased to leave. Breakfast wasn’t a great experience because it wasn’t replenished adequately, also a bit basic in offering. Bar was nice, if you can get served. Lifts are painfully slow, especially as we needed to use two to get between room and bar / breakfast. The actual rooftop outside space needs a revamp, could be so much nicer as a prime spot.

Hotel 4stelle, prenotato tramite Booking una matrimoniale standard con vista sulla città. Posizione appena fuori dalla città medievale con possibilita di raggiungerla a piedi in una ventina di minuti (in salita). Camera di buona metratura, buona pulizia e attenzione al dettaglio. Manca frigobar ed il wc rimane separato da lavandino e vasca. Moquettes al pavimento. Punto a favore: macchinetta nespresso con cialde originali in camera. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio dell’hotel anche se presenti molto parcheggi gratuiti in zona. Punto a sfavore: basso rapporto qualità prezzo per colazione. 18€ a persona con poca offerta per il prezzo richiesto. Personale che parla poco l’inglese
