Owner operator was very pleasant. The hotel was dated but clean. The recommendation on the restaurant was not a very good one. Other than that it was fine for the price the bed was comfortable and I did like the pillows.

Located within walking distance to the medieval city and the old town of Carcassonne. Friendly and accommodating service. Cozy and good breakfast. Free parking in the yard by the hotel. When we checked out from the hotel we were given a bottle of local wine and a bottle of water for the trip. Thoughtful.

Un réel coup de cœur pour cet hôtel, un personnel extrêmement professionnel, accueillant, souriant, bienveillant, un réel bonheur d’être accueilli ainsi. Une suite familiale magnifique, décorée avec goût, moderne et extrêmement propre. Un petit déjeuner exceptionnel, avec des produits locaux et de qualités. Impossible de trouver plus proche de la cité médiévale ! Un emplacement idéal et parfaitement entretenu. Un hôtel à la hauteur de la cité Médiévale de Carcassonne Merci pour ce beau séjour chez vous.

The owner of this hotel was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, offering us easier parking for our motorcycle on a hard standing right outside the front door. The hotel is a magnificent old building with decorative features and high ceilings, the room and bathroom being spotlessly clean. A pleasant walk of around 2km takes you through the town centre and out to the Citadel, very easy to find. A few hundred metres from the hotel is the main square which is surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was a very pleasant stay for us and we would use this hotel again should we return to Carcassonne.

Hotel di fascino, collocato in un palazzo del XX secolo a pochi passi da Carcassone bassa e ad un paio di km dalla Carcassone storica. Stanze piccolissime ma pulite. Purtroppo l'odore di umido/vecchio ha guastato il romanticismo del luogo

Séjour en famille. Hôte très prévenant. Hôtel très calme qui a une âme. La bâtisse est très belle. L intérieur est aménagé comme autrefois avec des meubles anciens en bois de la moquette....notre séjour a été fort agréable.

The hotel is just outside of Carcassonne and in perfect walking distance to the old city. The hosts were very attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
