Zéér vriendelijk personeel, proper en perfecte ligging voor bezoek aan de burcht. Pollux, de mascotte- hond van het hotel, komt je enthousiast begroeten bij het ontbijt en als je het verdient krijg je ook een pootje 🐾😉👍

très très dessus une annexe de l hôtel du château rien a voir a par le prix des chambres qui restent très cher que dire voir mes photos de la chambre tout et dit drap troué toilette sale et plein de calcaire au fond ,meuble salle de bain cassé angle de table de nuit cassé chambre numéro 28 très sombre en couleur noir juste a coté de l entrée principal donc on entend les allées et venues des clients pour le calme c est foutu pour déjeuner il faut traverser la rue pour aller en face dans un autre bâtiment pareil pour le spa a la réception sa pue le chien car il y a un très vieux plaid plein de poil avec le chien bien!!!! chien qui et la aussi au petit déjeuner a baver a toute les tables Qu'il profite bien de leur emplacement idéal en face de la cité de Carcassonne car a part la proximités de la cité !!!! 180 € la nuit pour ça j'ai grave les boules plus le parking payant

This is a strange one really as I'm uncertain which of "3" hotels to review. We were originally staying in Hotel L'Octroi but it is being renovated. Unfortunately we didn't know until we arrived at L'Octroi. The intercom went through to Hotel du Château and we were directed a short walk up the road to there. Luckily no kids or big bags! Hotel Montmorency is actually part of Hotel du Chateau but is the section across the road. You can use the Château facilities and the bar and garden are very good. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Overall this is a great place to stay, but I can't advise on booking directly

We were moved from a hotel with a pool as they had renovation work going on. A big deal was made of how much better the Montmorency was than the hotel we had booked...............really! The reception staff were lovely and did their best but our room was small, dark and claustraphobic. The bathroom was ridiculously small and with a traditional high sided French bath which as a short woman I found treacherous to get in and out of. My husband fell down the steps to our room due to the darkness of the entrance area in daytime and the black carpet which continued from the entrance floor down the steps making them invisible. We found the accommodation gloomy, oppressive and rather depressing. The public bar is very nice with panoramic views of the old city of Carcassonne and the hotel is directly opposite the ramparts but other than that, there is little to say about this property.

Bella struttura a 50 mt dall’ingresso della cittadella medievale di Carcassonne. Camera standard moderna, ma molto piccola, ingestibile anche con due sole valigie. Parcheggio interno riservato e custodito, sotto sorveglianza. Perfetto e comodo, con codice di accesso personale che gestisce ogni ingresso in struttura. La colazione a 18 euro non vale la metà del prezzo per qualità e proposte esternamente basic e senza internazionalità anche se la sala è in posizione meravigliosa con le vetrate che guardano le mura e l’ingresso della città. Spa a disposizione ma a prezzi molto più alti delle tariffe di hotel di catena internazionali. Il giudizio è buono per la posizione imbattibile. A Carcassonne ci vai per visitare la città medievale. E questo hotel è semplicemente perfetto per quello che è lo scopo del viaggio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente imbattibile.

Cet hôtel est l annexe de l hôtel du château où se tient le pt déjeuner mais les 2 établissements sont proches Très bien situé , un aperçu de la cité . chambre correcte , vraie salle de bain et une recherche de design générale Le petit déjeuner est copieux et inclut des œufs coque Une seule critique pas de machine à cafe ni même de bouilloire dans la chambre
