Very disappointed, and unhappy. I had an accident on July 23 and was subsequently unable to take my vacation due to trauma. I contacted trip.com to cancel this stay. Trip.com did not want to reimburse me. I was unable to cancel this reservation and was unable to enjoy this hotel. So I lost that money. I used to book with trip.com. I also called IBIS Carcassonne which refused.
For the future being very disappointed with your services I will no longer book with trip. com and I will not advertise to you. You are very disappointing.

La.predisposicion del personal fue siempre excelente. Nos facilitaron agia caliente y cubiertos en el Momento de nuestra llegada. Frente al hotel hay una panadería muy buena que ofrece bolleria y panes muy buenos. También hay tartas. A la vuelta hay una supermercado muy grande de la cadena LIDL. LA cama es muy cómoda y las sabanas y toallas agradable al tacto. Hay parking gratuito. Se puede ir caminando a la ciudadela y son unos 10 minutos. La estacion de trenes queda lejos, solo.se peude acceder x bus o un taxi ( nos cobro 22 euros). Es.muy importante chequear el horario del bus ya que solo circula hasta las 19.30 y de mañana a partir de las 8. Elegiria nuevamente este hotel por su precio y su comodidad. Es imbatible. El desayuno tiene un costo extras de 7 euros x personas.

Bon accueil mais peu d’infos données Il est préférable de demander les chambres à l’arrière. Parking gratuit sans recharge électrique mais vous en trouverez 2 superchargeurs à 100m sur le parking de Lidl 15min à pied de la cité Salle du petit déjeuner petite

Nota: los pasillo tenían un poco de olor a cigarrillo, pero entiendo que no es culpa del hotel sino de los pasajeros.

トゥールーズへ向かう途中で宿泊しました。 フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく迎えてくれました。 説明もシンプルで分かりやすかったです。 部屋は清潔でシンプルで過ごしやすかったです。 日本のスーパーホテルといった所かな。 斜め前にパテスリーがあり、パンやケーキを朝から買うことができました。 マクドナルド、タコスは車で数分のところにありました。
