To avoid Incredible rudeness, they sent me away just for asking to keep my luggage in the morning. Owner of rudeness never seen in years of travel, I absolutely do not recommend. Better to sleep on a bench believe me!

Chambre petite, bac à humidité sur l’armoire, salle d’eau avec wc collé au bac à douche fermé avec rideau plastique, bidet(un autre temps) et un lavabo le tout dans 4 m2. Une seule prise de courant. Lors de l’arrivée à l’étage , on ouvre une porte avec vue sur des toilettes communes non fermées. Hôtel niveau 2 étoiles d’un autre temps. Mais bien situé pour les visites tant de la ville que de la cité.

Rather disappointing and did not live up to the photos. Hotel is advertised as with parking, but this is simply not true. The parking in Carcassonne can only be described as a nightmare and a long drive round trying to find a space (not at the hotel as there are non available) is a regular occurrence. Room wasn't particularly clean and there is next to no storage space, meaning living out of a suitcase. Staff are very friendly, but this is the only real plus.
