Tout était parfait la chambre la propreté exemplaire le confort l’espace extérieur la situation au calme. La nourriture excellente les croissants du petit déjeuner fabuleux. Seul p’tit bémol le fait de devoir réserver l’heure et son petit déjeuner je préfère personnellement les formules buffet. Le repas le soir exceptionnel avec un chef et personnel d’une extrême gentillesse

Juste exceptionnel, Très belle chambre, très confortable avec nombre de petites attentions. Un accueil à l'hôtel et le check out très agréables et souriants Que dire ensuite de la soirée et du dîner: un service parfait, le mélange des saveurs, des choix osés et assumés par le chef qui nous projettent dans une autre dimension, une excellence à tous les niveaux. L'hôtel est à l'image de son restaurant: une parenthèse enchantée. Sobriété et architecture d'intérieur épurée, la chambre était un dépaysement, toujours propre à chaque fois que l'on revenait pour se reposer après avoir visité Carcassonne. Je suis conquis par cet hôtel de charme et mérite bien ces 5 étoiles.

Dinner was excellent. We had a wonderful time. The staff, whether in the restaurant or the hotel, are very helpful and available. The room is large, comfortable and quiet. I was just surprised not to find body cream among the care products in the bathroom. Apart from this detail, everything was good.
