Un hotel acogedor, muy limpio y poco ruidoso, fuimos en temporada baja. No tiene ascensor y el espacio en la habitación es reducido. El cuarto de baño en comparación es grande. Si busca espacio no es tu sitio, si por el contrario buscas descansar es perfecto. Está un poco alejado de la cité pero se puede ir andando perfectamente. Muy cerca de la estación y del canal du midi.

Hôtel pratique car à 20 mn de la cité de Carcassonne. Bon accueil. Plutôt calme malgré un manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres. Déçus car nous avions demandé un grand lit double (160) et c'était un 140. Petit déjeuner copieux bon rapport qualité prix.

Un hotel refait a neuf. Pas de chichi, tout est fonctionnel et propre. Un excellent rapport qualite prix a 2 pas de la gare et proche de pleins de restaurants. Un patron qui peut paraitre bourru au premier abord et qui en fait adorable et tres gentil

Excellent Hôtel , on a passé ces 2 derniers jours dans cette hôtel ou l'accueil est au top . Chambres très sympa et petit déjeuner très très bien . Excellent emplacement ! Je recommande sans hésiter . ps: cela m'a fait plaisir de discuter avec la patronne et son mari entre personnes réveillées sur l'actualité et ouvertes d'esprit ! Bonne continuation à vous

Hotel horroroso, mal localizado, totalmente diferente das fotos. O dono não sabia de absolutamente nada da cidade. O ar condicionado não funcionava. Toalhas ásperas e pequenas. Lençol quente demais, junto com o cobertor. Nunca mais.

El personal fue muy atento, nos ayudo en todo momento y nos dejo el parking para las bicis. El hotel esta viejo y las habitaciones y su decoracion tambien. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras y el acceso a las habitaciones no es agradable. La zona es un poco rara . Pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y el desayuno fue agradable.

Sylvia and Ludovic were very welcoming and helpful, particularly offering assistance as I navigated challenges with the inter-city trains during the rolling nation-wide public transportation strikes of March 2023. The room was exactly as advertised on-line and was a clean, refreshing space in which to relax after a day of travelling or roaming the city.
