My accommodation was EXCELLENT! The location is incredible, next to the amazing carcavelos beach! Everything was perfect! Strongly recommend to visit the hotel!

The location of the hotel is quite good! There are many restaurants downstairs. A short walk from the beach. The most important thing is the unbeatable sea view of the restaurant! recommend! ! ! We are repeat offenders, so this is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We think the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Of course, you can't expect 5-star comfort. Everything works and is clean and tidy. Another highlight was the daily breakfast included in the price, including a fantastic view of the beaches and the ocean. The breakfast itself was also plentiful. The location is also worth mentioning. Less than 5 minutes to one of the best Atlantic beaches near Lisbon. But be careful, the Atlantic water is relatively cold. It is ideal for surfing with wetsuits. I would describe the surrounding area as "upscale". Portuguese people who have "made it" live there, or perhaps a few well-heeled foreigners.

Well, as a well tired product, this hotel is a not go. The service fails, the breakfast was poor, the room was tired, housekeeping didn't even clean the room on a 2-night stay. This is a very bad hotel. I visited the hotel next door, the Riviera, which was priced at the same rate as this one, and there is no comparison. The Riviera hotel is so much better. I was hopping of being able to provide some of this details to the team on property, however, at check-out, the lady at the reception didn't even bother looking at me of even asking me "How was my stay". As I said, just book the other one - this is not any good hotel. I feel they have one more summer left before it gets so bad and no one will book them at all.
