Desde antes de llegar muy bien atendidos, al llegar no tuvimos que hacer nada, estaba todo listo. Muy bueno el restaurant, las piezas cómodas y con una vista espectacular. Fue una estadía muy agradable.

De primer nivel, la vista, el entorno, la cocina y la atención. El ambiente y las instalaciones de calidad mundial. Destaca la cocina en todas sus horarios, desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Lugar provisto de muchos spot, que permiten disfrutar la estadía desde distintos puntos de vista.

Sin dudas uno de los mejores hoteles de Chile. Atención increíble. Lugar soñado. Comida excelente. Todo impecable. Destaco las habitaciones super amplias, muy completas y con una vista increíble. El hotel tiene muchas actividades para disfrutar en pareja o en familia.

Wow!!!! This place is absolutely incredible. Not only can the view not be beat, and the restaurant menu is out of this world, but above all, the staff is the friendliest of anywhere we’ve stayed! The girls are truly so kind and warm and welcoming. The food is amazing, the rooms are huge and adjoining so perfect for bringing kids!! I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful and accommodating this beautiful hotel is. Right on the beach with a well-kept path straight down, outdoor hot tubs that are heated by coals(!!), a perfect fireplace inside the dining area, and excellent communication and attentiveness! We will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Alaia!

Paradise found! The Alaia Hotel is a special place. Kind people, delicious organic food, and perfect rooms. All right in front of perfect surf. Was able to rent a short board and surf! Thank you for an amazing experience! We will be back again!

Muy bueno! La habitación impecable, el desayuno muy bueno, la vista que tiene es una de las mejores. Caro, pero vale la pena pagar por este hotel. Lo único a criticar es el ruido de un helicóptero que se sentía extremadamente cerca. Por lo demás, recomendable altamente.

Great hotel, stayed for a few days while surfing in Pichilemu. Rooms and location are great, food and drink also excellent but what stands out is the staff who couldn’t do enough to help and were just hospitable and great all round. Communications was excellent…..as good as it gets and I have stayed in millions of hotels with work. If you’re a couple or family you’ll love it. For me…a great solo visit to un wind and just surf.

La vista increíble, la habitación amplia y todo muy cómodo, el servicio perfecto y el desayuno a la carta muy variado y rico. Lo único que podría mejorar es la calidad de café en el restaurante y la pieza. A pesar de esto, lo recomendamos 100% y volveremos si o si pronto.
