Simplement parfait à tous les niveaux. L’accueil est parfait, tous les employés communiquent très bien en Français et sont disponibles et courtois. Les chambres sont parfaites. Très propres, bien insonorisées, température de l’eau réglable facilement et avec une très bonne pression, la climatisation fonctionne aussi parfaitement et le petit déjeuner est aussi très complet. Le prix est vraiment très bien en comparaison d’autres hôtels bien moins bien.

Fui com a minha esposa a Covilhã, para assistir ao festival da cherovia e ficamos neste hotel. Quartos bonitos, grandes e limpos. Tratamento do staff foram impecáveis. Relação preço qualidade, muito boa. Pequeno almoço muito bom! Obrigado!

Muito bom hotel, boa localização ainda que um longe do centro, bom pequeno almoço, com produtos sem glúten, estacionamento gratuito em frente ao hotel, quartos bem equipados. Cama confortável no entanto as almofadas não têm a mesma qualidade.

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits cette semaine. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Chambre pas très grande mais pour 2 nuits ça convenait. Climatisation. Point négatif l insonorisation. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très poli et gentil. Proche du centre ville

Excelente opción si andas por la Zona, Muy buen hotel, muy cómodo, moderno, excelente relación precio y servicio, tiene aparcamiento, muy cómodas las habitaciones y camas, muy variado y completo el desayuno, las chicas de la recepción, hablaban español, sin dudarlo es para volver!!!

Hotel com boa aparência, limpo e com boa localização. Quartos bastante espaçosos, cama super confortável e almofadas boas. Tinha televisão , ar condicionado e secretária. A casa de banho era grande e tinha secador. A nível de pequeno almoço havia bastante variedade de pão, café, charcutaria, iogurtes, leite, manteigas, doces, cereais, bacon, ovos mexidos etc. Ponto negativo: as doses individuais de manteiga disponíveis na minha opinião não eram as melhores. Ponto péssimo: a fruta laminada/partida disponível era de lata!

Não é preciso mais .... Hotel limpo (limpo mesmo), sem truques com tudo aquilo que pretendemos. Cama confortável, bom Duche, amenities suficientes, 3 toalhas por pessoa, boa TV, tomada de cama e o elevador não incomoda quem dorme. Pequeno almoço, com tudo o que necessitamos, inclusivé café DeltaQ. Mais é estragar. Preço justo. Estacionamento ao lado do Hotel e grátis. O pessoal é simpático. Há hóteis melhores ? Há sim . . . Mas não é preciso mais ....

Excellent hôtel très bien situé avec parking gratuit sur place. Chambre spacieuse et chaleureuse. Accueil superbe et souriant. Accès facile en hauteur et une vue sur la ville ou sur la serra da estrela. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix. Hôtel à refaire. Muito obrigado
