The location of the hotel is ideal for walking and convenient to restaurants and downtown facilities. The exterior entrance, lobby, common areas and art work are eye-catching. A nice touch was the 2 bottles of water provided and the fresh coffee creamers available in the room fridge. The king bed was very comfortable. However, our third-floor room needed some attention (bathroom floor paint peeling off the tiles, burnt out bulb in bathroom fixture, no mat for wet winter boots so hardwood floor became a mess quickly). There are many possibilities here and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely try it again another time.

We hosted our daughter's wedding at The Grand Hotel. The staff was so helpful. Steve was amazing at responding to our many questions. They were involved in the small details. They were so helpful that it allowed myself as mother of the bride to enjoy the day. The food was amazing. The service was excellent. I would recommend The Grand Hotel to anyone wanted to host a wedding.

I attended The Grand Author Takeover events in February 2024 held in the ballroom and lounge. This is a beautiful venue with an incredible atmosphere and professional staff. I look forward to another visit to The Grand and a chance to enjoy more of this wonderful place. Jodi Kendrick

It was a wonderful stay. It was our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a beautiful table for two and celebration balloons in our room. Moreover, the staff was really sweet and everyone wished up and it made our day very special. Hotel has a nice vintage appeal to it. Nice cute town. Enjoyed our stay.
