There was a lot of road noise all night. When we arrived one of the staff was smoking out front and having a loud phone conversation not a professional image. Also liquor bottle in the planting area at the front door. All the windows needed a wash.

Friendly staff. Due to our late (2 a.m.) arrival, we asked for late checkout and was given it without question. The room was clean and bed was comfy.

I booked this stay because the hotel advertises a jacuzzi but it wasn't working. When I tried to cancel with refund, they refused. So I didn't cancel but when I arrived they had my reservation as canceled. So then I had to wait to see if they could reverse the cancellation that I did not make.

Room was very good, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was MIA each time I went. Long wait times until they returned.
Breakfast staff was grumpy and nasty. No sense of customer relations.
Good room but I will not staff again.

The staff showed clearly that they didn't want to work there. While checking in, the receptionist was sitting in the lobby with her phone and wasn't a good host. Her questions were short and lacking any hospitality. During breakfast, she receptionist, who only worked there for two weeks, was in the same position as the receptionist the day before. During checkout, he was eating at the front desk, annoyed by the customers who desperately wanted to checkout. The cleaning party forgot to clean a lot of the room, many objects were under the bed and the bathroom wasn't cleaned in a long time!

The staff was great. The bathroom needs some attention, lavatory is clogged, commode water ran all night, and shower head and tub spout dripped all night. Lamp on top of desk was also broken.
