Very clean facility, great service.

Best customer service ever! Fast to check in and check out. Very clean hotel and convenience to go to the LEGOLAND and restaurant is nearby also. We will be stay again, thank you so much all the customer service is polite and professional. We love this hotel.

The suite is relatively large, suitable for family outings, not far from Legoland and the beach

The room is so small that it's hard to turn around. The bathroom door and the cloakroom door are in conflict with each other. What's particularly annoying is the voice-activated light at the bathroom door. Everything else is ok.

I was woken up by the alarm early in the morning and asked the receptionist what was going on? It is said that there was a mainland Chinese family in a room who smoked in the room while traveling🚬 which caused the fire alarm to sound for 30 minutes and the fire truck also arrived. *** Mainlanders travel around the world and smoke everywhere, which makes them depressed. The quality education of mainlanders is too poor. Got it

The service is good, the front desk is warm and friendly, and they even offered two bottles of water as a gift when checking out. The laundry room is also good, washing + drying only costs 6 yuan. I just don't know why the room smells bad.

There are no slippers, no water heater, the room is cleaned every other day, and the worst thing is that there is breakfast when booking, but no breakfast after check-in.
