The biggest problem is that the independent heater cannot be turned off, which makes it extremely noisy at night. I didn't sleep well all night and was very tortured. #negative #I was disappointed with the Bed Comfort Level, Toiletries, Nearby Restaurants, Convenience of Transport; I originally saw that the hotel was newly built and thought it would be good, but it turned out not to be a good experience. New Jersey is so much better than that. Poor soundproofing, uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast and crowds. Parking in this wilderness and wilderness costs 10 dollars a night, which is outrageous. Service was very poor, our room was poorly clean, beds weren’t spread properly, the floor wasn't swept, nor did they dispose of the trash while we were out when booking it was one rate, and after trying to check out it was another rate, then they overcharged my credit and didn't mention to me when brought it to their attention, they added it was a refundable deposit and still haven't received my refund. Very disappointed in the service.
