It's pretty good, the service industry is very good, the rooms are big, and the two foreign girls at the front desk speak English, but my English is not good, so I can still communicate... All in all, it's just not bad, huh.

They require a $300 deposit on your credit card to stay. This charge has not been canceled and now I have to chase it up with them to get it back. Very annoying! Room was noisy, tv had no free to air and Netflix was in Spanish.

Location was great, however the room (superior apartment) was incredibly noisy, not just from street noise. The air conditioning unit was quite old and made a lot of noise, the room was far too hot without it on and it struggled to cool it. There was no sink in the kitchen and it was difficult to fill water bottles and the kettle in the bathroom. We would not stay again.

Terrible stay. Reception not open during the day. after waiting almost an hour for them to return from lunch break, we got told we could leave our bags...but reception still not open for another 40mins. This was all around 1pm. This closure was not advertised and meant we missed a lot of our australian open tennis session. Then reception closes at 5pm so had to leave tennis early to return to get bags. None of this was communicated in advance, a terrible experience. No apology provided nor anything remotely akin to customer service. Room condition very poor with hair in shower drain. Would not return. Terrible experience.

What an absolute joke of a place. Do not stay here. If you have a dog, borrow the kennel and pull up on the side of the road somewhere! We checked in very late with the request of a roll away bed for our autistic son. 2 phone calls, a *********** booking and an email to ensure it was there. Arrived at 10:30 pm to no bed. Called the after hours number and spoke to a seemingly friendly person who said he would move us to another complex 10 minutes down the road. He let us in to a room remotely that he had said was sufficient. We walked in on a family sleeping in the room. Imagine if they were awake and aware of us walking in on us. It could have been very dangerous. My wife and son at this stage, beside themselves. He then gave us another room and said "I hope there is no one in this room". We walked in to find the bed half made and peoples belonging in the room. I called him back furious at this stage at 11:30 pm and said forget it. I will stay elsewhere and seek a refund. Fast forward 2 days and I call to speak to the manager. He is unavailable twice so I spoke to the same incompetent person that confirmed the bed will be there. She gave me the number to call which funnily enough was the same person that "helped" us on Saturday night. He hadn't identified himself as the manager that fateful night, so i told him that the business they run was below standard and they shouldn't be in the industry. He told me he didn't care for my opinion and didn't need it. So here we are. STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL

We arrived at 1am with no one at reception. Called and was told that my booking was not in the system and to find alternative stay for the night. Yes we were reimbursed for the expense but it was 1am and our first trip to Melbourne. Will be good idea to contact them to ensure your booking is in the system. The room would use a paint job, bed side lamps used UBS but they didn't provide adaptor so can't use. Go in without expectations and you won't be disappointed.

We tried to stay here for a weekend in one of the serviced apartments, the room we booked "didn't exist anymore" and he room we ended up in was 1/4 of the size, was filthy and had tape holding the shower head together. Staff were not helpful at all, other reviews suggest this is a regular occurance. We left and stayed somewhere else at a huge expense just to get out. Avoid at all costs.
