This place is AWFUL, unfortunately had to visit the area last minute and this place was the only one available. Never again, the place old, tired and DIRTY. Reception is closed from 5 and the no one answered the phone number they advertised. I would have to stay its the WORST place I have ever stayed in.

We had read some poor reviews of this place and so are happy to report that our accommodation greatly exceeded our expectations. We were greeted in a friendly and efficient manner and given keys (cards) to unit 201. We were pleased that everything worked well during our stay: the lift, everything in the kitchen and bathroom, the TV, lights, windows and doors, curtains and blinds. We didn't need the air conditioner, washer or dryer, but it was good that they were there. There was also a clothes stand, iron and ironing board. The beds were very comfortable and there was a selection of different pillows. We had an interesting outlook from every room and the small balcony, including old brick walls, city skyscrapers, the moon and stars, as well as some hot air balloons on 2 mornings. The apartment was not 5-star luxury and the carpet was worn and uneven in patches, but we lacked nothing and it suited us very well in both the unit itself and the location.

Good position for restaurants. Quite room. Little maintenance to be done but overall good

Booked 5 rooms for a punters group get away. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location was great. All 15 on trip said they would happy stay again

Food in the local area was great. The balcony sliding door (1 reason we chose to stay here) didn't open. No other rooms available.

Good location, close to Lygon street, but far enough back that its quiet enough. Walking distance to the city, but again far enough away that you can see the sky.

Front counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great but room tired and window in bedroom would not shut overnight. It was Saturday night so could hear the sounds of Carlton. Shades do not block out sun in the morning which also didn’t help the poor sleep due to street noise.

Wasn’t made obvious when we booked that we had to pre organise a car park. Looking back at emails, it was only written in small print, yet when booking it was made clear that the hotel had onsite car parking.
