Was what we needed for our stay. Bit of a walk to the tram but nothing insurmountable.
Rooms were in a nice condition and had plenty of space for the four of us.
Great spot on Lygon street for all your cafe and restaurant needs.

The apartments are dated and there was blood on the carpets. The amenities were also incredibly outdated and we were not given any towels for the shower so between 3 of us we had to use face washers. The staff were lovely on the phone prior to the stay, but we checked in after hours so did not have a chance to speak face to face or get towels. The area was nice and had lots of dining options and the hotel was just off a busy street so was able to be quiet. That being said we didn’t sleep very well because of the rain falling on the windowsill extremely loud, again, probably not the apartments fault though.
All in all I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to how run down the place was and not even having towels.

The reception manager was excellent. The shower was tough to get into as a bigger person. Internet and parking systems need to be updated. Needs refurbishing. Great location.
