當天晚上已經很晚到酒店了 差不多12點了 有個印度前台不是很懂他講什麼 最後才明白 是酒店滿房 讓我去另外一家酒店 我晚上12點一個人提着行李走到另外一家 另一家酒店還在和這家溝通 才搞清楚情況 攜程的效率也無比之慢 解釋了半天 晚上差不多一點才進了第二家酒店 第一次海外遇見這種情況 攜程最後説給我30塊人民幣作為補償 堅決抵制這種對客户敷衍了事的行為！

このホテルには本館と別館があります。
本館はホテルタイプで、別館はアパートを改装したような作りになっています。
今回泊まった別館はキッチンに道具が揃っていてとても便利でした。ベッドルームも2つありました。特に円安なので日本人にとっては物価が高く感じますが、ここで自炊をすることで私は安く済ませられました。
目の前にフリートラムの駅があり立地的には不便ではありません。
ぜひメルボルンに訪れたら泊まってみてください。

The room is old and dirty and the bathroom door is broken down. When we switched on the provided kettle in the room, the electricity failed and the room blacked out. The service is extremely bad, the receptionist seems to be ignoring the room guests and gives fake promises. We required the bathroom door maintenance in the morning and the receptionist promised to get someone for it but when we returned in the afternoon the problem was still unsolved. We also required help during the blackout and the receptionist promised to get us a new kettle as a replacement. We waited for almost an hour but still, the kettle wasn't delivered. We can't call the reception counter since there's no phone in the room so we needed to get down to the reception counter several times. When we asked for the promised kettle at the counter, we found that it had been ignored and the receptionist who gave us the promise had already exited his work. It's really a bad experience for the two nights we've stayed there.
