The room booked at the beginning was temporarily cancelled. I accidentally booked this hotel with a high cp value. The location is convenient, clean and comfortable, and the high-floor scenery is good! Have the opportunity to stay in.

Great rooms, great views on the eastern side (don’t stay on the western side). The service was friendly but not good. We had issues with the first room, were moved, and then had an issue with the second room. You can’t ring to reception, you have to call on your phone and go through an automated system. Twice we were told staff would do something and they didn’t. The air con was always set on 8 but never got cool. I hadn’t realised this was a side hustle for a student accommodation business, and that is what it felt like. The people working at reception seemed to be students, or at least they acted like they had no hospitality training.

Nice view of the harbour on the 46th floor room 4609, the room did not have a microwave we could have done with that, it did have an oven and hob, fridge freezer, tiny dishwasher, there was only one tea plate for us to share, it also lacked things like oven glove which you need if you are cooking with the oven, dish cloth scouring pad, our room had a lot of hair on the floor, Netflix on the tv did not work so I complained, it took 3 days of our stay to get that fixed, also the program you watch keeps freezing, and you have to switch channels to make it work, only one elevator working, the shower/ toilet door does not close properly so we had to keep wiping the floor, apart from that the room was modern bed was ok, could of done with more coat hangers.

This is a wonderful place to stay. I had an upgrade through a rewards program and I was delighted that it was available because the views I had were simply amazing. Also through rewards I was welcomed by a free bottle of white wine and the opportunity of late check out. As I arrived very early, the receptionist (who was incredibly friendly and smiling) was happy to keep my luggage so I could head straight out and enjoy my day. When I returned she explained all the available facilities so that I didn't have to chase anything up. Up on the 47th floor, I simply towered over most of the buildings around me. I also had a corner room (4713), which meant I had a view from two sides. It's essentially a studio, but with the bed tucked away from the main living area. The condition of the room was great, with a very modern feel. The bathroom, albeit a little small, was clean and appeared as brand new as the rest of the room. The bed faced out into the city which offered an amazing view. Definitely one for couples as well as singles. Great touch to have bedside controls for blinds, mood lighting and power points also. I would definitely stay here again! Location in CBD is great with trams and metro nearby!

Stayed here for 3 nights while on business trip in Melbourne. The location is super convenient in downtown and everywhere’s bustling even late into the night. I arrived after midnight and a long trip and was left stranded as the front door was locked and person at reception was oblivious to my gesturing and buzzing. Room was small but well equipped and modern. I like the central lighting and shade and good climate controls. There’re a number of shares working areas and gym on the 52nd floor which is nice. Seems more like an upscale student housing than hotel. There is no daily room cleaning.

We stayed on the 54th floor with a stunning view! -The room is clean and VERY modern. -Incredible view -It is in a central area, you have everything there to do -Very good service at reception, EXCELLENT. -Sometimes a little noisy, but that depends on the neighbors you have. I insist that the view seemed unreal to me, we could see the hot air balloons flying every morning with incredible sunrises and beautiful sunsets.. I WOULD RETURN!!!

Pros: central location, many great eateries within walking distance, funky and modern design, great view, excellent shared space for work, socialising and exercising, friendly staff, comfy bed (not too soft, not too hard), nice shower, full size fridge and freezer, good aircon, fairly sound proofed. Cons: no microwave, lighting must be chosen from a few preset options, TV not positioned well (I had to move the couch to see it), area immediately around the building has a lot of construction and feels slightly dingy, stains on bedhead and chairs, found lots of dust, cigarette butt, weird bits of metal and a pair of undies under the couch when I moved it, bathroom sink very splashy, couldn't get hot water out of the kitchen tap.
