Good and clean hotel in an idyllic environment. Friendly staff and good parking opportunities

We booked here for one nights stay. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite, the service was fantastic and it is located on a beautiful area. On our next visit to the area we will be staying here.

This room was truly sub standard. The room and linens smelled strongly of bleach which was very unpleasant. The room was dark despite the presence of a balcony with a sliding glass door. The room darkening curtain was torn and was difficult to open and close. The one window had old clouded glass—I t may have been many decades old. Likewise the room carpet was old, dingy, and strangely lumpy underfoot. There is no desk or writing space. The bathroom had almost no space to put anything. Towels were the cheapest possible. The office opens at 8:00 AM so coffee is not available until that time (unless you make it in the room). The registration agent upon checking was entirely unwelcoming. But the two desk agents on the other days I stopped in were quite nice. The grounds are the nicest aspect of this place. Despite that, I will never go back to this hotel.

It's a glorified Motel, good beds, beautiful surroundings, very tight parking. The issue has come to light: the Front Desk woman Cyndy told us that often she saw it happen , the Owner double charged often guests, many never realized it, and that she was counting on not fixing the issue till each guest called their credit card Co to reverse the charges . We are forming a Class Action Lawsuit to defend innocent guests. And if the motel tries to have this review removed is because they know it's true facts. They have been scammers for a while .
