Rose at the front desk did a great job in trying to help correct the many problems. First, the carpets were so dirty that my white socks were soiled black from all the dirt. I then made sure I wore shoes constantly. Two, the bed was not made every day, they missed 3 days. On one of those days I found housekeeping and asked them to make it up. Third, every time the television was turned off, the cable signal was lost. Rose came to help us 3 times and then showed me how to reset it. I had to undo a cable in the back of the tv every time for it to reset. Fourth, the pool and part of the property were under construction. This information should have been shared by your website. Finally, The photo online showing a charming continental breakfast area does not reflect the current reality of the situation. A basket was placed outside your door every morning with cereal, milk, yogurt or fruit or orange juice. This was basic and not really appealing after several days.

This is a very cute hotel and so close to everything. It is quick walking distance to all the restaurant shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is in need of some updating and I believe it’s going through some improvements. I had a really cute room downstairs, but the view was overlooking a pool which was a construction zone. I had to keep the curtains closed looks like they reroofing the property. The room was basic and had all the amenities needed. The floor had a sinking spot near the bed where the boards were loose. The bathroom needed some repairs on the ceiling in the shower area there were multiple marks. This was a very affordable hotel overall. They do provide a morning breakfast delivered in a basket to your door. I’ve stated this hotel to other times in different rooms that were nice, a bit worn also but charming. The parking here is designed for compact cars so if you have a bigger vehicle, it will be very hard to park. You will need to do it on the road . The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions every time I had them. They were very accommodating. Overall, I think this is a decent place to stay. It just needs some basic cosmetic improvements to the rooms and to the grounds.

This is a great spot. The staff was very nice when I checked in. It has a great location and is walkable to a lot of shops and the beach!

All of the above however was disappointed when I went to extend my stay a second night and the rate more than doubled because of a holiday weekend, very disappointed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never again! An old, run down place were numerous things dont work right. Every parking place is for tiny cars only. Room keys didn't work. No instructions on how to connect to WiFi. Noisy room because we can hear people walking and toiles flushing from upstairs rooms.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and helpful staff. The breakfast was sad so don't bother with that.
