這家酒店環境、位置，設施、包括前台的服務都非常非常棒，特別是環境，但是今天晚餐體驗真的令人失望至極，首先我們點完餐以後，第一個前菜倒是上的蠻快的，但是沒給我們備餐盤，我們招手叫了以後才送過來，而且沒有那種正常的餐廳失誤的應有的道歉，第二，上了前菜以後，等了將近30多分鐘。沒有任何一個菜上來，也沒有人進行解釋，餐廳經理幾次巡台都略過我們，當時餐廳人也不算多，（衹有我們兩人是亞洲面孔）也不是什麼就餐高峯時段，等待期間我們把一個服務員叫過來，那個服務員（印度裔的女的）態度非常生硬的説，I think they’re doing, 然後就走掉了。太生氣了, 我們去前台投訴時，他們經理風一樣的出現在我們面前（之前在餐廳對我們視而不見），又是道歉又是説送餐到房間，免除晚餐的費用）。為道歉而道歉，態度一點都不誠懇，晚餐廳的劣質的服務態度直接拉低了Hyatt的水準，這種看人下菜的餐廳（酒店），直接拉黑。[弱][弱][弱]。（早餐服務很好，我們問了後得知和晚餐不是同一個團隊）。

Stayed at CVR with a group of ladies/friends for a milestone birthday celebration. The staff were fabulous, restaurant was wonderful, and the grounds were immaculate. Such a lovely location. Seriously gorgeous. The infinity edge hot tub was so nice and fire pits/smores were a fun gathering point. We participated in the honey and goat cheese tasting, falconry talk, and short hike to the corral to see the 2 week old baby goats and other animals. It was a wonderful experience with outstanding service all around. Our room was spacious and luxurious. They even charged my EV rental car at no additional charge! Would love to come back and stay again.

The people working here made the experience exceptional. The venue is stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, but for me it was Sophia who led us through a honey tasting with the goat cheese made on site. Delicious! I saw her the next day showing three siblings around the corral and introducing them to the baby goats. Antonio who led a falconer show had a passion for birds of prey he was eager to show. From shuttle drivers, to golf carts, to the whole events team, to the people selling pizza by the pool and wine grown on site, the whole experience was outstanding. And best of all was the people. I felt cared for and I could exhale and let go and do what I was there to do be free and unburdened. I hope can come here to exhale and rejuvenate. May the beauty embrace you, the hospitality be there when you need it, and may you experience your wellness within. Thank you.

Carmel Valley Ranch was an amazing place to spend time with friends and celebrate. The views are amazing, the rooms and facilities are exquisite and the staff goes above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We went to several events offered at CVR and we had a blast! I cant wait to visit again.

I stayed here about two years ago with my wife (a long due review). There are a lot of things that makes us want to visit this place again. It is a massive property that includes winery, animals, hiking trails, etc. The suites are big too and gives plenty of space. The food is a bit expensive but excellent and exceeded our expectations. The service is descent and nothing to complain. The view from the room can be a different from what you imagine from the pictures but it was not an issue because there were many other things that were better than what we expected including the suite itself.
