Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis/Carmel

Excellent day no issues whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Very close to Meijer so there’s anything you need you it is just a short walk from the hotel. Very clean very quiet very comfortable.

Andrea was so professional, polite, and friendly. Very nice facility, very clean! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! If I’m back this direction, I’ll definitely stay again!

Staff is awesome. Always friendly, vary down-to-earth, always makes sure I have everything I need. i stay here 3 nights a week. rooms are always spotless and clean! I'm a construction worker working out of town and they're always great to me. Especially David and Andrea, they are awesome. They are 2 priceless employees!!! That's for sure!! food is always great Also!!

After a long road trip this was the perfect place to stay! The best word to describe the beds is luxurious and we're eternally grateful for the hot tub. Jim & Jessica are top notch in their level of hospitality...we'll be back! The attention to detail made by housekeeping is excellent.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis/Carmel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. The staff was courteous, and the location is convenient for getting around Carmel and Indianapolis. The only downside was breakfast—it wasn’t consistently hot each day, which was a little disappointing. However, everything else was great, and I would stay here again for the cleanliness and overall quality.

The room was spotless.....when we checked in, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.....The hotel was under construction but you wouldn't even know it.....the only neagtive comment I would have is that the breakfast we ordered (not included in price) was not very good- the potatoes were mushy and the omelet was not very big nor did you get toast with it.....it is not a deal breaker but the food could be better.....otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were greeted at the front desk on Friday, November 28, 2025 with a friendly smile and enthusiastic employee. I believe his name was Chris (not sure) but he made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure our room was clean and ready! He is a great asset to the Hilton family!! The location of your hotel was very close to my family whom participated in the Nutcracker. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone who helped make our stay a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations!!

Wonderful property! My only complaint would be that the shower gel dispenser was empty. Luckily we had brought a bar of soap. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed/pillows. I would definitely stay again or recommend. Jessica was very helpful before and during our stay. Sayde was also very helpful. We appreciate everything. Lovely hotel.
