The bad they charge 15 for breakfast after paying $180 for a room

It was clean and quiet, I liked the lobby area. The only thing we didn't like was didn't get a chance to enjoy hot tub and pool because everyone lets their kids run wild and it was always full.

Stay was fine but try not to be in room 215. You get to experience hearing every movement of the elevators as they go up and down ALL day and night. Turn the tv up enough and you can pretty much down them out I suppose.

When we come to Carmel we always stay here. This is our 3rd visit and the hotel and the staff never disappoint. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are always clean and if we need anything they are quick to accommodate.
