When we come to Carmel we always stay here. This is our 3rd visit and the hotel and the staff never disappoint. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are always clean and if we need anything they are quick to accommodate.

The staff here are the best I've seen, every one of them helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Rooms are comfy and ours was very quiet, even staying on the side facing the highway. This is always our first choice hotel when we come to Carmel, and we have never been disappointed.

It was very nice to have the room served by housekeeping daily to keep my room fresh. This is often a service that is lacking in other hotels.
The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast when I had it was quite tasty and fresh. Having the option to order or have the breakfast bar was nice. It would be nice for a portion of the breakfast to be included in the price of the room but the service was great and the food was better than those that offer it as a part of the room cost so for me traveling for work it wasn't a turn off, if you were traveling with a family and needed to pay this out in addition it might be a turn off.

Only small complaint.....room coffee maker supplies would make only one cup of caffeinated coffee.
