Staff is very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre but standard hotel fair. The mattresses are very firm. I left feeling crippled after 3 days. The staff tried to change my room but while the next mattress was softer it was still uncomfortably firm.

The tub facet was broken, and there were several loud guests in the hallway throughout the nice which unfortunately could be clearly heard.

We had a guy on the night shift go above and beyond to give my son an extra blanket! He searched one out exactly what he wanted (a think comforter not the fuzzy blanket) and pulled it straight from the dryer!

I thought they need to be care about customer request, I spent 4 nights there and I requested 3 times to clean my room, no one came, but the other services were good

The room/hotel was very clean and comfortable! Although I was surprised there was not a hair dryer or body lotion. (The hair dryer could have been accidentally taken by a previous guest.) The included breakfast had both hot and cold options. It would have been nice if the breakfast hours were extended to 10:00 a.m.
