This is a slightly below average 2 star hotel. Short staffed, but the ones there were friendly and helpful.
The facilities are old, dinged up and in need of either a deep clean or replacement.
Beds were perfectly firm and clean. Only a couple curly hairs in the bathroom. Shower was strong and clean. Carpet needs to be replaced.
Overall I’d give this place 2 stars for helpful staff, and good OJ.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is disgusting. We went with multiple families who shared our same experience. My daughter left with bed bug bites, the staff (especially management was rude and not helpful) It was so bad people refused to eat the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Stayed here with some friends to go to Christkindelmart.
The location is super convenient right off Hwy 31. It is near good restaurants and was 10 minutes from downtown Carmel. The building is an old repurpose. It is very clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Maybe could update a few things, but overall it was one of our better experiences in the area. We will try to book this location again.

Overall it wasn’t horrible and it was booked last minute. But the curtains were stained from maybe water damage? The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and broken tiles. The sofa bed had food on it and no blankets. The breakfast was a lacking with not many options. The staff was friendly though and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom mirror was broken and the toilet paper holder was broken. The night manager was informed so I didnt get charged for damages. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was good. I would stay again.

Property was okay. Night staff were not there. The manager didn’t show up until 4am Sunday morning. I had to sleep for part of the night in the lobby. When he finally showed up, I was told to leave and he didn’t believe that I was a guest. I won’t be staying here again.

A bit dingy, carpeting was very damp from ac in wall to bed. Wall by tub looked like it had mold. Little bottle for shampoo and conditioner were so tiny. Staff shortages so no daily service. Breakfast was ok,

Very friendly and polite staff, very clean, upscale area right off the freeway, facilites stightly dated but in very good condition
