We enjoyed our stay at the Camel Village Lodge. All the staff were very nice and helpful to us. The room was comfortable and spacious, bed was comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. The breakfast was very tasty. The grounds are very nice with mature landscaping. The is an older building, so some may prefer a more modern place, but we liked everything. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again, and we highly recommend it.

A wonderful get away. Staff couldn’t be nicer and location is great. We go every year during the Quail Motorcycle Event. Breakfast is included and very good. It’s an older property that is well kept and has a lot of charm. Not all rooms are air conditioned. If planning a stay in warm weather be sure to ask for one that is.

I love Carmel Valley Lodge! This is my second stay and I am very happy that I did so. Everything about the lodge is charming and enjoyable. The rooms are very nice and most importantly, my bed was extremely comfortable. We were just steps away from the heated pool and spa which were imaculate. There are numerous spots on site to sit or stroll and enjoy the gardens. The included breakfast is delicious. The staff and owner were all very nice, professional and helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Caramel Valley Lodge. Our unit was very cozy, clean, and quiet and the host was very welcoming! And thank you for the complimentary breakfast which was freshly made with high quality. We hope we can come back again in the near future :)

We stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights as a home base to explore Big Sur. What a wonderful property with a warm staff. The room (#18) was huge with a gas fireplace and patio with seating. They're right to advertise their bedding because those were some of the softest sheets I've ever felt in my life! The only small issue we had was that the shower, while it has good temperature and pressure, feels like a modified garden hose! But I would absolutely book here again...mainly for the chance to see little Sophie, the owners' adorable pup.
