La chambre est très confortable et joliment décorée. L hôtel est très bien situé, transports publics à proximité. Malgré l heure tardive d arrivée l’ organisation pour récupérer la clé a très bien fonctionné. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Amazing place, great rooms and super kind staff. Definitely a place to stay in Geneva. The place is in the charming Carouge, a nice area full of bar and cozy restaurants. Rooms are very quiet and the staff is very kind and supported us during the stay. Recommended !

Very pleasant and spacious room, comfortable firm quality bedding ++; Italian shower bathroom large enough for “coated” build 😉

Only downside, no opening window, sealed shutters ventilation by oscillating column +/- 24/25 °C
An "exterior view" would have been nice

Reception is empty most of the day.
We clearly asked if the room is made for disabled people and the answer was yes but it is not true! The bathroom is absolutely inaccessible for wheelchairs. Consequence: my 90 year old father fell in the bathroom!!
At first they claimed we had to pay even though we had already paid. Didn't even apologize and were rude!!!
