Cet hôtel présenté dans le catalogue Donatello comme étant à Brindisi ce trouve en fait à 26km de cette petite ville. La voiture est indispensable car il est assez isolé dans la campagne, la plage éloignée par ailleurs, n'etait pas aménagée. Le lieu par lui-même est magnifique ,la décoration superbe. Notre chambre était vaste, la salle de bain petite ,douche, pas de baignoire. Les produits de toilette sont réduits au minimum: distributeur mural. Pas de bouilloire, donc pas de café ni thé en chambre. Verres en plastique, les chambres sont propres. Les repas du soir sont servis à table,bien présentés, 3 plats ,mais répétitifs. Les petits déjeuners sont à minima même si réapprovisionné au fur et à mesure. La piscine n'était pas en fonctionnement, les infrastructures vacances non plus. Bref, je vois très bien cet hôtel pour des groupes de passage, mais en couple, pas d'animation et difficile de ressortir le soir.

Location esclusiva ed eccellente. Personale gentile e soprattutto onesto: durante il ricevimento ho perso una collana di estremo valore affettivo. La collana è stata trovata dal cameriere di sala G.S. che ha subito provveduto a cercare il proprietario e a restituirmela. Indice di professionalità, onestà e serietà dei proprietari, nella scelta del personale.

Il est minuit et 40 minutes quand je rédige cet avis c’est la 4 eme nuit sur place toutes les nuits réveillée entre minuit et demi et une heure par l’arrivée de personnes incivilisees. Un ****** sans nom . Reçu à la réception sans rien dire, ni explication pour notre séjour . Accès à la piscine ?? On ne sait pas. Problème Avec la porte de notre chambre qui ne ferme pas , porte de douche cassée signalé rien fait malgré signalement. Niveau sonore c’est insupportable. Chambre mal isolé on entend tout de tout le monde dans les couloirs etc avec route passante. Pas de Clim une chaleur insoutenable. Endroit magnifique extérieurement mais cela s’arrête là. Les gens sont sans gènes une femme extraordinaire au petit déjeuner que les gens ne regardent même pas et ne prennent pas la peine de remercier.

The beauty of the structure cannot be discussed. The food is good.... But the rooms are unfortunately not suited to the style of the structure.... The bathroom is too small with an uncomfortable shower.... Polite staff. Price of the rooms too high.... ..................................

Let me start by saying that the structure is very beautiful, the problem is everything else. We arrive at the hotel with a 4 month old baby and we are faced with a very challenging staircase. No one helps us and we climb up with our luggage and stroller alone. At the reception they tell us that our room is far from the reception and that we should get there by car. When we asked what to do with our luggage they "kindly" told us to load it into the car and take it with us, again without help. We try to eat something for lunch and after returning to reception (since there was nothing in the room explaining how to contact them by telephone) they bring us two toasts and two beers in about 40 minutes. The next morning we try to use the shower which was broken. The reception told us that they would send the "technician". A boy arrives with dirty sandals who enters the bathroom, then into the shower, dismantles the broken piece and when coming out he dries his dirty sandals on the bathroom mat (I attach photos). After half an hour we have no news, I contact the reception and also ask for the bathroom to be cleaned but they tell me that it would have been done after the repair in a summary way because the cleaning women arrived the next day. At that point I ask to change rooms and only after 4 calls in an hour someone arrives protesting because I had been a nuisance since he was doing something else. After he accompanies us he leaves yelling and slamming the door. Not to mention panic scenes at breakfast where with 50 people there was a waiter running back and forth telling them that the finished croissants were in the oven...probably burnt given that they hadn't been seen in 25 minutes of breakfast

Simply wonderful location, I chose it for my wedding 6 years ago and yesterday we returned for our anniversary. Same cuddles, same sensations, same sense of well-being and relaxation. I would choose it again 1000 times. Great dishes and fantastic staff. It's the place of my heart!
