Mai visto tanta gentilezza e CUORE in una struttura così bella a dall'atmosfera magica e rilassante. Camere suggestive e nuove curate in tutto, i giovani titolari, Salvatore e Mariarosa,a disposizione dei clienti a 360 gradi SEMPRE. Addirittura ci hanno portato in officina per risolvere un problema all'auto. Colazione abbondante e tutto fatto in casa dalla titolare, con torte e pasticciotti tipici del posto. Abbiamo inoltre mangiato i prodotti del loro orto biologico sulle pinse fatte con il grano prodotto dalla struttura. Dire che ci siamo sentiti come a casa tra parenti o vecchi è dire poco. Esperienza che rifaremo sicuramente a breve. Ciò vale anche per ringraziamento e stimolo a continuare in questo percorso... grazie di cuore.

Nous avions réservé ce logement bien à l’avance et 1 semaine avant l’arrivée notre séjour a été automatiquement postposé d’1 mois. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire et selon lui il y avait eu une erreur du système de réservation. Comme par hasard la chambre était déjà prise et la seule solution qu’on avsit était un autre logement bien plus cher. À force d’insister pour une meilleure solution on s’est fait traités de ‘mauvais clients’. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de profiter de leurs installations mais rien que la façon de gérer ça dit beaucoup et démontre une manque considérable de professionnalisme. C’est toujours comme ça quand l’argent pèse plus qu’autre chose.

Wow ! This masseria has it all: super friendly owners, beautiful rooms, stunning swimming pool (very much appreciated with the heat wave we had ), perfect à la carte breakfast..... all this in a very strategic location to reach the beaches and villages of the Salento (by car, of course). An example of the level of service: the first night, we had a room with airco not working (needless to say we did not sleep well with 35 degrees outside), but the next day we were offered another room without even having asked for it. Just perfect !

Se il posto non fosse incantevole come è, se i padroni di casa non fossero splendidi e gradevoli come sono, se l'aria che si respira non fosse rilassante come è stata... avrei dato comunque il massimo dei voti perchè è raro trovare nelle camere cuscini così comodi e ortopedici come quelli che ho trovato. Esperienza fantastica in un angolo di paradiso. Masseria immersa nel verde in un ambiente magico. Personale meraviglioso, che con la sua professionalità ed umanità ti fa sentire subito a casa. Splendida la piscina... Ottimi gli aperitivi al tramonto... Squisita la cena preparata con prodotti a km 0. Sono certo che sarà un ARRIVEDERCI!

Same as per other negative reviews. Quoted “Card not working”, and got the reservation cancelled. Useless to say that the card was perfectly working and I also called offering to pay everything in advance, but wasn’t an option for them. Before the reservation got cancelled I also called them to work out a solution and the manager / owner got immediately aggressive / rude. It was obvious that he wanted to cancel my reservation to give it to someone else at an higher price. He said that they use a unique verification system through booking and that was booking fault… Hours after the call I received the cancellation email… and ce va sans dire that this was not a surprise…but still now I have no idea where to sleep this week end SCAMMERS UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE

La Masseria est très belle avec beaucoup de caractère, tout entourée de murs en pierres et bien sécurisée. La piscine est très grande et équipée de transats. Les chambres sont confortables et très propre. Que dire du personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement ce lieu fabuleux pour votre séjour dans les Pouilles.
