one of my most favorite places to stay.
Was there 5 nights but room cleaned once and not vacuumed. Staff very friendly and always helpful.

The room was immaculate! Good parking with some EV charging spots. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of fresh fruit. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Special shoutout to Ananda at the front desk!

Great location, clean and very easy check in . Close to restaurants in Southern Village ( behind the hotel ) only 3 miles from Carrboro .

We have stayed at Hyatt Place many times since it first opened. It’s clean & service is excellent but the hotel is showing its age. Desk light was malfunctioning, wall sconce lightbulb was out. We didn’t care for our room this time as it was small & dark but bed was comfortable & we weren’t in our room much.

Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had and we travel a lot. The hotel was extremely clean, very nice and the staff were beyond friendly! It is also very conveniently located within minutes from downtown Chapel Hill and within a short walking distance to an area with many food and store options.
Would highly recommend this hotel!
