We spent 2 nights as members of a wedding. Every guest expressed high satisfaction with the rooms, amenities, and most importantly with the high level of the service by the staff members, especially that of Khaoula who was friendly, polite and very efficient. Thank you.

I stay here almost monthly for business. This most recent visit there was an issue with the A/C unit in the room - it was pumping hot air instead of cool. I messaged Khaoula after receiving the welcome text and within about 15-20 minutes I had spoken to her, a very kind maintenance person, the manager on duty and was in a new room with working A/C. Exemplary service - I felt like I mattered and that's all anyone who is away from home can ask for. This hotel has fantastic service, enjoyable people and a great location. If you are thinking of coming to Carrboro for anything, this is a fantastic option - specifically, anyone looking to go to Cat's Cradle, this is the spot without a doubt.

This is the first time visiting Chapel Hill. We had such a wonderful stay. The staff was so nice and the room was a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay at your hotel again at the next Tarheels game we go to.

This Hampton Inn is located right in the heart of downtown Carrboro. Convenient to shopping and dining. Facilities include a business center, fitness center and swimming pool. Parking is in the attached garage on the 4th and 5th floors and may cost $20 per night, but is free if you are a Hilton Honors member.

Overall, a terrific stay. Had a problem with the HVAC that could not be remedied our first night because the hotel was sold out. But upon request, we were upgraded to a corner suite with a terrific view, which was lovely.
The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Best location in Carrboro too, walkable to everything.

The room doors are super heavy and always slam shut so the walls of the room (and bed headboard) shake!! Pillows… are not so good.
