During the stay, the hotel replaced the new bed. The smell of the new bed was very bad. I told the front desk to replace the old bed or find a way to get rid of the smell or change the room. They said there was no room to change. In addition, I didn’t hear any complaints from others. The bed smells and the attitude is very unfriendly.

We stayed for 6 days & had a very enjoyable time. The room was very comfortable, staff very friendly & helpful. We used the Collins Bar a fair bit for tea, coffe, evening drinks & several meals with family. This was my first time in Ireland ( we live in London ) but we'll be back next year to continue exploring with family. We managed to visit various places including Jamesons Distillery in Midleton which was superb !

Had a night here when working locally. Rooms are really nice, well maintained and clean. Staff were fantastic in reception, the Collins bar for dinner and the Bistro for breakfast. Food is very good. Will continue to stay here as first choice when I’m visiting our site in Ringaskiddy

A lovely young man with the name of billy was looking after us throughout our dinner today, he is a credit to the hotel, he had lovely manners and was such a chirpy guy. In my opinion every hotel needs a billy. Thank you billy for making our visit to special.

Bedrooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Only a 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants in carrigaline village. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel and it was excellent . We dined in the bistro restaurant in the hotel on Saturday night and have to say the food was top class and Alena and her team catered for our every need. There’s also a piano player/singer in the restaurant on a Saturday night which we really enjoyed. We definitely will be back.

Very nice hotel catering to everyone. They have banquets in adjacent facilities, they have workers and business people, combined with older couples.
Great restaurant down stairs and a gym next door.
Rooms might starting to see some aging, but comfy beds and pillows and it is very nice and clean.
I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived til we checked out. The room was lovely & clean. The buffett breakfast was lovely & hot.
