Sink was broken. Mold on caulk in showers.

Room was $160 a night. It was clean and everything was in good shape. No breakfast was offered. Hotel was empty when we stayed here but due to oilfield activity the rates were really high. Everything was well taken care of. It’s a little outside of town by itself.

This place was IMPOSSIBLE to find using our car GPS! (even the phone GPS wasn't able to help us) It would help if they said it was on Rt 83 (or 85 - can't remember the route because we drove all over using both routes to find this) It was quite pricy for a room so I was glad to use my Wyndham points. Breakfast was not available as they were remodeling BUT!! They put up a bag of stuff for us: Choice of a bottle of orange or apple juice, great blueberry muffin, cup of fruit cocktail, and a couple granola bars. That was really nice.

The Hotel is at the junction of the two main roads into Carrizo Springs. The rooms were affordable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Staff were courteous and professional. Will stay there again.

The hotel was without power when I checked in and was still without power when I left in the early morning. Also, there wasn’t any hot water. The power was off because of a bad weather event and no fault of the hotel.

There needs to be a maintenance person on the premise on problems like no hot water or sink clog not working and sink is full of water
