We stayed 3 nights here and found it ideal for our requirements. Close to our relatives and convenient for the airport and local shops and Australia Zoo (1 HR drive)

The pool was the whole reason we booked this property over others. The pool was full of debris, you could not see the bottom of it and it was slimy and cloudy. I told the desk staff who said it would be addressed. It was not. Other guests were also unhappy about this. We had the family room.The room walls are not sound proofed. So bad we could hear our neighbours open a can of beer! Even speaking at a normal level sounded like the were in our room and their tv kept us away for hours

The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing as were the reception staff. The only downside we had was Netflix not working which we would have liked at the end if a hard day renovating with our kids. The cleaner we had had was exceptional and deserves a bonus for friendliness, help was and customer service. Thank you for your hospitality.
