Very kept up hotel very clean everything in order. Breakfast was good. Nothing to write home about but yet it was breakfast was nutritional. Ice machine and soda room and laundry room were especially clean. I would stay there again if I had the chance.

Breakfast was not offered as was booked- room never cleaned the whole stay.
Shower curtain was not good and screw stuck up in threshold of bathroom- they never fixed it.
Place was noisy and stairs, parking lot dirty.

The staff was generally pretty nice, however the room window did not have any way to lock it and there was evidence of some transient person coming in to use the facilities while we were out of the room. There was quite a lot of noisy foot traffic and people just hanging around outside the rooms and in the parking lot. After a snow storm the parking lot and stairway were iced over and no snow melt put out until 24 hours later.

The shower was not properly cleaned before being given to us. Prior to that, we had to switch through multiple rooms because three rooms smelled like smoke, and had residual water in the mirrors when we arrived. The rooms reeked with an unbearable smell, but the owner was kind enough to relocate us. However, the rooms were not very clean and a lot of different molds were visible in the shower area and sink area.

A great stay in a wonderful city. Very friendly host. Go Niners! 😁 cozy room, parked right in front and got some nice suggestions where to watch the PAC-12 championship game.
