I requested the first floor due to no elevator. I was assigned a 3rd floor room. I arrived early so Tina at the front desk shuffled assignments and was able to correct the problem. I slept very poorly. The next morning I had excess nasal drainage and was unable to swallow breakfast due to mold reactions. I actually upchucked in the breakfast area while trying to eat. I believe this was due to the presence of mold as my sister also had issues. I will not stay here again.

The check in Kiosk was complicated and the front desk lady didn't make it any easier. There is no elevator. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and cat pee. Once to our room, there was a decent sized gap in the door which poured light into our room all night. The ceiling fan did not work. The black out curtains were not black out. The curtains hung over the AC unit, so the air did not flow well. The bedding was scratchy. The bathroom was small. We reserved a 1 king bed room for $135+ tax. We did not check out breakfast.

The room was clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets, everything wiped down. No bad smells. Yes, there is a virtual receptionist for check in. But I have to say I preferred it that way. It’s very easy to use. One of downside is the breakfast. The toilet paper was very cheap and scratchy. And the air conditioner made some strange noises. Over all it is a very decent place to stay, I would recommend.

Overall room was nice. Nice size tv on wall and a ceiling fan. Good variety at breakfast . The virtual check in was not great. I expect personal service when checking into a hotel.

We initially had a room on the 2nd floor, where there was no elevator. However, the helpful person on the kiosk screen arranged for us to move to the 1st floor.

Check in weird. Video check in and very slow process, yet had a real on site person hand me a key. I thought it was the Wizard of Oz... Breakfast was minimal, went next door.
