Just wow. This is a 5 star hotel, and might be the best I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service is immaculate, literally as soon as we arrived in the taxi a staff member was there to take our bags and help us to the desk, and breakfast is operated beautifully.
Our room was gorgeous and spacious, the rooftop is stunning and a lovely area to relax, and there’s even comfortable outside seating at the front of the hotel so you can watch the world go by.
My only feedback would be to have a kettle in the rooms, as it would’ve been nice to have made a hot drink without going to the lobby. Nevertheless the coffee provided is delicious, and the staff are always there to help.

This is a very good hotel in every aspect, except for breakfast. The quality of the breakfast food is below average for Colombia, and I have other experiences to compare it to. The only tasty items were the pineapple and papaya. The rest of the food was not good. Even the juices were watered down. The staff were very kind; they upgraded our room and provided two beds. I'm very grateful. I will definitely return here next time.

We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

Very nice and new hotel in Bocagrande. Good breakfast, nice pool and gym. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is a 100/10 for service, the breakfast is a daily buffet with a wide variety of delicious options… the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, and the location and facilities are all absolutely beautiful…
