The most unprofessional staff..looked dirty and unkempt and struggled with everything they tried to do. Left something behind at the hotel and tried calling for an hour before we left on our flight and no one answered. Other than the location I probably wont be staying here again.

Terrible service. No one at the desk. They stand outside and I could have gone through all the paperwork behind the counter. Very incompetent. TV didnt work. No effort to fix it. Front desk is a disaster. Halls a mess. Smells. Never again. Please read reviews before you stay

The worst front desk employee ever! Sullen, barely spoke as she grudgingly checked me in. No greeting, no smile, just a horrible attitude. Maybe she was having the worst day of her life, but she didn't respond to pleasantries. When I saw that my room was right next to the elevator, I went back and politely requested a different room. She said not a word except handing me a new key, said "first floor. Is that good enough for you?" Her negativity was almost alarming. Was she ever trained for this job, because she acted like she hated everything about it. the room was adequate, clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was littered with bits of trash.

Staff is fantastic. Concrete outside the entrance is broken and uneven. One if the bedside lights doesnt have a switch

My first room was something wrong with the carpet being soaked, The 2 employees at the front desk were so understanding and nice to me! moved me to a better room i was so pleased! i highly recommend this hotel. it smells so amazing and was really clean.

No one at front desk to check in. Waited for quite some time along with another couple trying to check in. Came back for shuttle for dinner and no one at front desk again. I don't understand how someone isn't managing the front desk for guests.
