I've stayed here twice in the last couple of months and both times Evelyn was at the front desk, and she is simply awesome. The location and close proximity to the Old Market and also the Eppley Airfield make this Best Western Plus a great value.

I called earlier to let them know I would be in late as my flight didn't come in until after midnight and I didn't want them to charge me a cancel fee. When I checked in, they said they already have somebody with that nae who checked in but that was not the case. I showed my ID and they were like oh no. That just tells me they did not check the ID of the person who actually got my room. They finally did get a room, but when I got there the key didn't work therefore having to go back don with my luggage and have them rekey again. I have stayed there many times and never had this issue, but this last trip was more than unbecoming.

On this trip this was the 3rd Best Wester Plus hotel. No big differences to the previous ones, normal standard. But one thing: There was NO bread for breakfast, just bagels and similar and sweet stuff. Besides that, the staff I encountered was very nice.
