住了兩晚，衞生很差，房間還發現小老鼠，旁邊是馬路，晚上也有大卡車有噪音，不會再選擇。周邊有加油站和商店必勝客等，作為司機中轉的點。

I will never book here again. One site says pool etc. I booked for my 10 yr old sleepover due to it having a pool with 75 degree weather and once paid for. I was told the pool is closed off. On the other site they have which is not the site I booked on said its seasonal which should be on all of the sites. I didn't need the room to sleep I got it specifically for the pool. And no I did not get my money back or even part of it

Breakfast was poor, coffee was too strong to drink even in the breakfast area. Very clean very quiet good for the price

Second day there a mouse was in my trash. Reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to look and he offered to put me in another room. I declined because it would be more of an inconvenience for me to try to move my family's belongings. My last morning as we are getting ready to leave, the mouse comes back. It goes to every location that the employee looked for it. When I checked out I let the front desk know that the mouse was back and they needed to put some traps out. No apology, no offer of any type of reimbursement, nothing.

Bed pillows smelled like oily hair and flat. Shower curtain did not cover shower and broken. Not very clean place in general.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. Within the first minutes in the room, we killed over a dozen cockroaches. They were everywhere. They were on the walls, in the bathroom and on the bed. We never unpacked and checked out. Called the corporate customer service line and got my refund. Never again.

I love working with the staff at Baymont (especially Nick) as they go above and beyond to help our employees. When we had over 15+ rooms, they served breakfast earlier just so our employees could grab breakfast before work. They have updated their rooms with new beds and TV’s which is a game changer for any hotel and the mattresses are very comfortable. Nick always helps me identify any discrepancies such as our employees leaving a room empty without checking out to prevent us from paying for an empty room. I have YET to find another hotel staff this helpful and engaged as this is extremely valuable when multiple rooms are booked and another set of eyes and ears on site is key! Hats off to Nick on being great at what you do!
