Troia Design Hotel

Great hotel! I think this is the best that can be found in this location for reasonable money. I really liked it. Huge beds, great pool, good service, large rooms, bathroom with bath and shower, promenade for walks. The hotel really was a pleasant surprise. We really wanted to stay another day, but unfortunately there were no available rooms.

For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served. The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced. As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down. In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location.

I had to make a complaint about the condition of the shower and sink, in which the shower head had been changed but water was coming out of the sink tube due to lack of maintenance and damage to the tube. For the price you pay, the hotel should have better maintenance

Este hotel já teve melhores dias... O pequeno-almoço foi caótico, com demasiados grupos e casais com famílias, e poucos funcionários a repor produtos, levantar mesas e servir clientes. O exterior está a precisar de obras de manutenção.

Durante toda a estadia fomos importunados por um grupo grande de pessoas rudes e asneirentas, que criaram um péssimo ambiente no hotel, piscina e spa. Levaram inclusivamente garrafas de vidro com álcool para a piscina do spa (que é pago à parte). Foram chamadas à atenção, mas sem qualquer melhoria no procedimento. Vários hóspedes se queixaram, mas nunca foram tomadas medidas. Acabámos por ter um fim de semana estragado, sem sossego e com mau ambiente. A gerência do hotel será a responsável, por não terem agido prontamente para conforto dos restantes hóspedes. De resto, hotel ok. No quarto não tínhamos roupão, chinelos ou os menus do Spa ou Room-service, e foi preciso ligar várias vezes para nós levarem os roupões. O quarto é bom, vista excelente sobre a praia e piscina. Cama rija. Sem qualquer item no mini-bar. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade, mas de fraca qualidade. Têm piscina interior, não é aquecida. O Spa, é pago à parte: 10€/h/pessoa. Não parece de todo um hotel de 5 estrelas, devia ser revisto.
