Great stay. I used the space in the lounge and its seating area to visit with friends when on site during the weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Vanessa provided excellent customer service when I requested a copy of my receipt after returning home. She promptly, accurately, and courteously fulfilled my request.

Vanessa was amazing and deserves a raise for here fantastic and enthusiastic energy she was very helpful and thoughtful and knew everything we had to ask about I’ll come back as along as Vanessa is here to check me in or she needs to start training people to do her job and she should level up

Me and my wife just recently spent a weekend at springhill and the service was exceptional! They also have one of the best bartenders in the RDU his name is Matt! He has great people skills and made us feel welcomed and was very detailed when it came to our drink orders! We will definitely be returning next time we are in town!

My stay here was overall pleasant, but my time at the bar was a good time. It was a busy night but the bar tender Matt took the time to make sure I had what I needed. This man deserves a raise. Class act! Very pleasant conversations, and patient with the hundreds of kids running around unattended. Matt was accommodating to everyone.

Absolute trash, staff was horrible bartender refused to serve me employee walked in on my girlfriend, changing itchy bedsheets limited amount of towels insanely loud can got no sleep because of constant rambunctious noise in the hallway

SpringHill was a nice place. Came for a friends event and had a very good time. Giving a shout out to the bartender Matt. The bar was packed and he remembered my favorite drink. He was very attentive and nice. I thought that was cool. When you go to SpringHill make sure you don’t forget to stop by the bar.
