I’ve stayed here a couple of times while in town for meetings. It’s priced relatively low for the area, and it’s not horrible. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable enough. However, the place was built in ~2000, so it’s starting to show its age. The fridge thermostat was broke, which I didn’t realize until I ate some room temp yogurt. Flicking it down a click made it start working, but then when it kicked off, there was a violent thud from the compressor. The bathroom light bulb was bad, and flickered like a disco show until I pulled it out. That seems like something the cleaning staff would notice, but I digress. The couch was a little sunken in. The windows were a little foggy between the panes. The outlets were loose. Side note: They’re building a new Towneplace Suites a couple miles away, so I predict this will be sold off to another franchise by this time next year.
