Pretty hotel in quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed, great shower, nice location. Really nice hotel with good bar and casual restaurant with some outdoor covered seating. Library area with games, books and cozy eating/reading nooks. Located next to a great walking park with sidewalks, flowing creek, outdoor game area and ampitheater.

My friends and I stayed at The Mayton in late April. Everything about our visit was wonderful! I would give the staff a 10, if that rating was available! I highly recommend this delightful inn in the middle of downtown Cary!

There were two incidents. The major event was the departure time and how inflexible the staff were due to the policy. Also, our room door was left open.

Parents stayed for their anniversary - hotel and staff were fantastic. Great room, restaurant was top notch, and the staff was very friendly.

overall this is a great hotel that is in need of major room updates. bathroom is very shabby - feels like they ripped it off a motel 6 from Las Vegas. Room furnishings showing age. Slept like a baby - great mattress and linens. Staff was first class. great location. no hotel parking but it wasn't an issue. Didn't realize how sleepy Cary is. Not much to do after 10pm but that's not a bad thing cause you'll get plenty of rest. was in town for the canes game - super easy to get to PNC from here and avoided most of the interstate traffic.

Such a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional. The room was amazing and the service was great. Our group meal was delicious and well priced. I had never visited Cary or The Mayton, but I will definitely be back. Located in the downtown historic area.

Centrally located in Cary. Lovely property. Room a bit austere. Parking an issue although we found close by spots in area across the street.
