Et hotell med rustikk preg. God service og hyggelige ansatte. Store og flotte rom. Rengjøringen kunne generelt sett vært bedre i alle oppholdsrom samtidig som det bærte preg av manglende vedlikehold.
Vi fikk benytte oss av alle hotellets fasiliteter dagen etter utsjekkingen gratis.

INSALUBRE, HABITACIONES CON NIDOS DE ZANCUDOS. Regalamos un día de "Spa" a una familia de amigos con sus niñas y lamentablemente hemos pasado una vergüenza enorme por el nivel de deterioro del hotel y sus instalaciones; las habitaciones no tienen AA pero el problema fue el nido de zancudos que tienen debido a la mala mantención, falta de fumigación, moho de las habitaciones que albergan CIENTOS de zancudos, no podían con la cantidad de plaga que había en el lugar teniendo que retir**** al siguiente día. Enviamos un mail de reclamo y lo que nos respondieron fue que lo lamentan y que se hubiesen acercado a la recepción para facilitar repelente. Es un tema grave de salud en el que incurrieron y el hotel no se hizo responsable. Si no pueden publicar lo que pasó al menos retírenlo de su pagina para que otras familias no se vean perjudicadas.

El hotel es relativamente nuevo y tiene mucho potencial pero la piscina climatizada estaba mala.
2 de las 3 veces que pedimos el jacuzzi con anticipación, no lo prendieron. El sauna lo prendieron a tiempo pero dejaron la puerta abierta. La habitación no tiene frigobar pero conseguimos que nos pusieran uno. También me molestó que el hielo lo cobraran.
Hay desayuno pero es muy básico.
Las camas son extremadamente blandas y las 5 personas que nos quedamos en la habitación despertamos con dolor de espalda.
El baño es cómodo pero el soporte para la ducha la deja apuntando muy arriba por lo que hay que sujetar la ducha con la mano para poder bañ****.
El personal es amable pero nos llamó mucho la atención que no hubiera nadie de mayor jerarquía durante el fin de semana para resolver los problemas que tuvimos. Creo que no volveré a este hotel.

Buena instalaciones, pero falta de mantenimiento.
En general, buena atención, especialmente Isidora en recepción, pero en el desayuno, a pesar de que eran bastantes personas para atender, se dedicaban a comer y conversar en la cocina, mientras nosotros los pasajeros, debíamos retirar el film plástico que cubría la comida, entre otras cosas.

El hotel lindo, limpio y cómodo, sin embargo no fue avisado que el spa y piscinas se encontraban sin servicio motivo por el que escogimos el hotel.
En cuanto al servicio deja mucho que desear, al llegar no se encontraba nadie en recepción y el personal no presenta buen modo para tratar con clientes.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in inverno e abbiamo solo dormito perché le piscine erano in manutenzione. L'hotel ha del potenziale ma avrebbe bisogno di una ammodernata e pulizia profonda!Attenzione che a differenza del loro sito su siti di prenotazione terzi non veniva avvertita la clientela che le piscine erano in manutenzione e non agibili.

Hotel bien ubicado, y eso junto con la atención del personal, es lo único rescatable. Las instalaciones sin mantenimiento adecuado, no había buen aislamiento térmico en la tarde y noche, cuando realmente hace frío, las calderas no funcionan todo el tiempo y no hay otro modo de calefacción en las habitaciones. La ducha no daba agua caliente, las puertas todas hinchadas y no cerraban, fue imposible poner llave a mi puerta. Ingresan zancudos y no hay modo de repelerlos. El mayor abuso fue que 24 previo a mi llegada me avisan por mensaje que no está funcionando la piscina temperada, que fue uno de los principales motivos por que había escogido el lugar. Y lo hacen tarde, cundo ya no era factible cancelar la reserva sin tener que pagar. Me parece abuso, porque no era un evento nuevo, sino que esa piscina lleva meses en las mismas condiciones, según pude luego revisar en los comentarios. El restaurante por otro lado, ofrece un simple y aburrido desayuno que no tuvo ningún cambio en 3 días que ahí estuve, me parece desproporcionado el precio que se paga por el precario servicio que ofrecen. La carta es pequeña pero solo que pastas y risotto, totalmente inadecuado. El hotel se llama spa & wine, pero no ofrecen batas de hotel, carta de vino ni cortesía al ingreso. Definitivamente no volvería y no lo recomiendo por ningún motivo.
